Impaired driving continues to be a problem that plagues our community. Rather than adding to the problem, we would like to encourage you to become a part of the solution. If you’re going to drink, make the conscious decision ahead of time not to get behind the wheel. Use a DD, call a friend, call a cab, or call us.

We are pleased to offer Designated Drivers as a service to the Anchorage community because we believe it is a win/win solution for everyone involved:

  • Impaired drivers arrive home with their car and with the peace of mind knowing they won't end up in jail or be responsible for an alcohol-related accident.
  • Drinking establishments enjoy reduced liability exposure for every patron that chooses a designated driver rather than taking the risk of putting themselves behind the wheel.
  • The streets of Anchorage are safer for all of us when fewer impaired drivers are on the roads.

The $40 fee charged for DD service basically covers the time for two drivers but does not even begin to cover the marketing and promotion expenses necessary to keep the public aware of this service.  Here's your chance to help us keep Designated Drivers an affordable and viable option in Anchorage.

The very best marketing we can get is word of mouth.  If you have been a customer and have been satisfied with the results, tell your friends!  If you believe that this is a service that is beneficial to the community, spread the word!  Join us as a Friend on Facebook.  You have our permission to PRINT A POSTER.  Hang it up at your workplace bulletin board or in your favorite dining or drinking establishment.  Cash, too, goes a long way towards helping us subsidize the costs of radio, print and internet marketing.  Feel free to contribute, particularly if you represent a business and you feel that your business benefits from this service.  For every $100 donated, we will provide you with a gift voucher good for one DD ride for you, for a friend, or for one of your customers.  Corporate contributions will also earn your company logo a coveted link here on our website.
